There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If your question is really a “which e-bike should I buy?” or “is my battery safe to use?” request, a local bike shop or the manufacturer will serve you far better than this site can: Mobiliance provides general-purpose calculators and explanations, not personalised buying or safety advice, and it isn’t affiliated with any manufacturer or retailer.

Before writing in about a tool result, it’s worth double-checking the numbers you entered — the wrong unit (watt-hours versus amp-hours, km versus miles), a battery voltage and capacity that don’t match your pack, or a mistyped value is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks off after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
